Project Management Policy (PMP)

Our project managers are accountable for execution of the projects and good relations with customers by meeting customer expectations. Being partners with customers to deliver a quality project within customer time table and within the customer’s budget. The principal goal is to deliver projects as per contract specification, with top quality, workmanship, on schedule, within budget, and meeting environmental, safety, and health standards. 

Our Project Management Policy basic requirements are:

  • Ensure conformity with contract requirements.
  • Ensure meeting all customer and company policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring delivery of the project in accordance to international standards and quality products/workmanship.
  • Ensure line management involvement in and accountability for project performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong project management organizations and systems.
  • Use appropriate project management tools and trained personnel.
  • Develop and implement programs for institutionalizing project management capability.
